Nkechi Njaka is a neuroscientist that leads meditation sessions designed to help folks live with less stress and more embodiment (which can help with better overall reproductive health and sexuality!) Not only will she help you expand your mindfulness practice, but she’ll also inspire you to find practical ways to implement them in your day-to-day. Each session is designed to combine the neurobiological basis of mindfulness (Whattt!!! So cool), the calming aspects of meditation for greater awareness, freedom, consciousness, self-expression, increased energy and overall balance of mind and body. SO FREAKIN’ COOL.
Nkechi is WOC who has a Masters in neuroscience. Her approach is based in cognitive science and clinical research, more so than spirituality. She was trained in MBSR (mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and the Embodied Mind. She holds RYT 200 hour certificate as well as a certification in holistic wellness and nutrition from IIN.
