This comprehensive four-part class series delves into trauma and how to heal, holistically examining it, how it can impact us, how to talk about it, and techniques to deal with it.


In class one of the series, you will: 

  • Uncover what safety means to you, internally and externally. 
  • Define what it feels like to feel safe and connect more deeply with your reactions when you don’t. 
  • Reflect on shame and guilt and the different ways they manifest in your life

Class two of this series explores triggers. ‘Trigger’ has been a buzzword in the last few years, but the fact is, they are very real and can deeply affect our lives. In this class you will: 

  • Learn about types of trauma 
  • Uncover what triggers look like for you and when they happen.
  • Techniques on how to soothe ourselves 

In class three of the series, you will learn: 

  • Grounding techniques for trauma 
  • About the different phases of trauma 
  •  How you can support yourself as you reflect on trauma

The fourth class of the series is all about how to support survivors in our life. You will learn: 

  • How to identify exactly what an ally is
  • The possible responses to trauma
  • How best to show up and support a survivor
